Returns & Refund Policy

Not the right fit? You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Condition: items must be unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging. Boots must not have been worn outdoors. Personalised items: kits printed with names or numbers can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. How to return: contact us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return. Faulty items: if anything arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
